Because our products are personalised, your order needs a little extra time before it begins its journey to you.

Processing & Personalisation Time

Each personalised product is prepared and customised after your order is placed.

Please allow time for us to carefully prepare and personalise your item before it is dispatched.

Delivery Time

Once your personalised product has been prepared and dispatched, it will be handed to our delivery partner for shipping.

Our estimated total delivery timeframe is:

7–21 business days

This timeframe includes both:

Personalisation & preparation time + delivery time

The exact delivery time may vary depending on the product, delivery destination, courier service and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after your parcel has been handed to the delivery provider.

Delivery Delays
